A great little basement location, chock full of jazz acts. Great place to take a lady you are romancing, and/or attempt to romance other ladies.

Damn it, they closed the place. The joint where I truely learned to appreciate jazz 30 years ago is gone!! Bums.

good music, good drinks

Jo-Feds is where I go when I'm tired of the crappy drinks everywhere else serves and I want something that tastes good.

The music is usually pretty good, atmosphere is good.

The food is excellent.

All the single women there are married cockteases.

no pitchers

Good bar to see some down jazz-type music. HOWEVER- they don't sell beer by the pitcher. At least 2 years ago they didn't. That alone has kept me away... but I think the bar is under new ownership, so I may be wrong.
